Refund Policy

Credit returns for failed jobs are automatic. Money refunds are discretionary and reviewed by support.

Last updated: August 29, 2026

This page is drafted to describe how GospelMaker actually operates today. It has not yet been reviewed by a qualified lawyer in our operating jurisdiction, and should be treated as a working draft until that review happens.

AI generation failures

When a generation is started, the credits it costs are reserved. If the job fails or is cancelled before it completes, those reserved credits are returned to your balance automatically — no money moves and no support request is needed.

Payment refunds

Refunds of money you paid are discretionary. Email support@gospelmaker.com with your payment reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed back through Paystack, our payment provider. Any credits that were issued for that payment are revoked from your balance as part of the refund (see our Credit Policy for what happens if you have already spent some of them).

Subscription cancellation

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not trigger an automatic pro-rata cash refund for the current billing period — your plan benefits continue until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves to Free.

Credit purchase refunds

A one-time credit purchase may be refunded only where the credits are still unused and the request is made within a reasonable window of the purchase, at GospelMaker's discretion. Partially or fully used credit packs are not eligible.

Promotional & referral credits

Promotional credits and referral credits were never paid for, so they are never refundable for money under any circumstance.

What we do not promise

We do not promise automatic monetary refunds for dissatisfaction with AI output quality, for content you choose not to use, or for a change of mind after a subscription renews. Review generated content and your plan choice before committing.

Provider rights notice

Paystack's own payment terms and dispute processes may also apply to a transaction; see their terms for how they handle chargebacks.
